Our players of the week Mitch Samson of Casa Roble, and Paige Lee of Granite Bay.
Samson, the 6’0”, 170 lbs senior quarterback for the Rams had another terrific performance, this time coming last week at home against Christian Brothers when Samson went 19 for 24, for 405 yards, five touchdowns and no pick in their 62-28 victory.
Paige, a junior at Granite Bay and one of the very best high school golfers in the region, shot a round of 72 to tie for 1st in the individual competition of last week’s Masters championships.
